I am a Clinical Psychologist and provide therapy to adults in Geelong (via face-to-face and Telehealth) and anywhere in Australia (via Telehealth). I have over 15 years experience utilising several evidence-based approaches to help my clients achieve their therapy goals. I predominantly employ Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in my private practice work however believe that every person is unique so will tailor therapy to each client and will also utilise skills from other evidence-based therapies such as Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy (ST) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) where appropriate. I draw from my varied experience having worked with individuals, couples and groups in correctional, hospital, community, research, corporate, defence and private mental health settings.

Life presents challenges and sometimes we struggle to overcome them. Sometimes we need that extra source of support and guidance to help us when we’re feeling stuck. I’d like to help you learn new ways of responding to your life’s challenges; to free you from your old restrictive patterns that leave you feeling trapped.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and supportive. I aim to help you create a life that is with awareness of what is truly important to you while also effectively handling the pain and distress that you are currently struggling with. I teach practical skills with immediate application to your specific needs and goals.

Are you struggling with unwanted thoughts, memories, feelings, urges and sensations?

Do you feel like your thoughts and feelings are pushing you around?

Do you feel like you are going through life stuck on autopilot?

Have you lost motivation or direction in your life?

Don’t believe everything you think
