COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic I am offering all sessions via Telehealth (video or phone) until further notice. This is to allow for physical distancing, to help people avoid unnecessary trips away from home and on public transport, and to help stop the community transmission of this easily spread virus (including amongst those who show no symptoms). Scientific evidence is clear that Telehealth is as effective as therapy attended in-person face to face. I have used Telehealth for years and have found it works very well. If you would like to discuss how attending Telehealth sessions may work for you please send me a message via the contact form or call 1800 858 179 as I am very keen to answer any questions.
