Dr Lynsey Byrom

I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years experience utilising several evidence-based approaches to help my clients achieve their therapy goals. I predominantly employ Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in my private practice work however believe that every person is unique so will tailor therapy to each individual and therefore also utilise skills from other evidence-based therapies such as Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy (ST) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) where appropriate.
